Our project “WWW” (WHO WHEN & WHERE) aims to provide an entertaining and educational look at British history and culture through the lens of notable individuals and significant historical events. The articles are arranged chronologically, highlighting a specific individual’s contribution to British society or culture. Additionally, each entry incorporates a brief summary of an event that occurred on a particular day in British history, further contextualising the person being featured.
By exploring British culture, history, literature, and arts through the lens of notable individuals, we are able to provide a more engaging and relatable experience for our English language students.. By presenting our articles in a witty and entertaining style, we hope to be able to captivate our readers’ attention and encourage them to engage with the material more deeply.
